The annual event is organised by the Association of the United States Army, a non-profit entity aimed at supporting national security while advancing the interests of America's Army.

The meeting provides the US Army, government, military officials and the defence industry with a chance to interact, exchange views and explore new business opportunities through this professional development forum. The two-day event will feature numerous demonstrations, social events and award presentations, all of which will be underpinned by this year's theme: "America's Army: Strength of the nation".
