Neuilly-sur-Seine, 2 October 2008 - The acquisition of Airbus' Laupheim site by Diehl/Thales was successfully closed, effective 1 October 2008. The business and operational assets have been transferred, as per the press release issued on 1 August 2008.

With 1,100 employees, Laupheim is the Airbus site for cabin systems including interior linings, cabin crew rest compartments, air ducts, overhead baggage bins with recognized capabilities in design and program management.
