Naval Division Management Team Overview
The Naval Division, managed by an Executive committee, is organized around 3 pillars :
- 4 Business Lines which are responsible for a market segment : they define the R and D axes and elaborate the product policy.
- 15 countries which manage, locally, the naval activity for the whole Division.
- Central Functions : transversal functions to the Division (Strategy, Marketing and Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Technical, Human Resources and Communications).
